RATES: The tour prices given are subject to change/amendment/vary. Government or suppliers may change/amend/vary the taxes or rates prior to the commencement of the tour OR any currency fluctuation in Pakistani market may vary the prices.
CONFIRMATION: Tour must be confirmed 03 weeks in advance along with passenger’s list. Failure to meet the above conditions may result in cancellation of blocked hotel rooms by the hotels.
PRE-PAYMENT: Upon confirmation, clients are requested to pay 100 % of the tour cost. This pre-payment schedule will be strictly adhered to unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATION: Whenever a confirmed group or FIT is cancelled for any reason, company holds the right to levy 30% as cancellation charges. 100% will be charged if the tour is abandoned at some stage, while tour is still in progress.
RESPONSIBILITY: Adventure Kings Travels & Tours acts only as agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, passenger train tickets, steamship lines or owners or contractors providing accommodation, transportation or any other services;
And all coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by the TOUR OPERATORS are subject to any and all tariffs, terms & conditions under which any accommodations, transportation or any other services whatsoever are provided by such hotels, airlines, transport companies passenger train tickets, steamship lines or owners and contractors.
And by acceptance of such coupons, exchange orders, receipt contracts and tickets, the tour member or members agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that neither the TOUR OPERATOR nor any of the affiliates or subsidiary companies shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportations or other services or resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God, danger, incidents to the area, fire, breakdowns in machinery or equipment or other authorities, de jure or de facto, whether declared or not hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules.
From any causes beyond the TOUR OPERATOR’S control, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents and that neither the TOUR OPERATORS nor any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies shall be or become liable for, responsible, any additional expense or liability sustained or incurred by the tour members as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
